Prize Collection:

• The winner will be contacted via email and must reply to the notification email with their full name, identification card/student pass/work permit number and contact within 3 working days.
• Only valid name that matches identification card can be deemed as winner The prize may not be substituted or exchanged with cash.
• The winner must pick up his/her prize at BestBuys’ main office within 2 weeks of notification.
• The winner shall produce their identification card/student pass/work permit for verification purposes upon collection.
• In the event that the potential winner does not comply with the Terms and Conditions listed, BestBuys Singapore shall have the right to disqualify the potential winner and draw an alternative potential winner.
