Do I need to register before buying a deal?
Yes, registration is necessary before a purchase, and very easy. Click the Register link on the top of the webpage. Then, choose a username, a password and fill in any additional information to get cracking!
What if not enough people buy a deal?
If there are not enough people buying a deal, it will be cancelled and your PayPal account will not be charged.
I am tourists visiting Singapore, can I buy?
Of course! However, please note that you will need to redeem the voucher when in Singapore and during its validity period. Cancellation and Refunds are subject to Terms and Conditions, which you can read here.
Can I buy more than one deal?
Yup! Your online shopping cart can contain as many deals as you like. Checkout and pay just like at a supermarket.
How do I share the deal?
Users can share the deal via Twitter, Facebook or good ‘ole Email

BestBuys accepts payment through Paypal. It is secure and convenient. If you do not have Paypal account, you can still pay using credit card VISA, Master Card, American Express through the Paypal system. If you need more information, visit PayPal website at www.paypal.com.
Is it safe?

What happens after paying?
BestBuys will notify you via email if your deal is successful. Keep an eye on recent deals, or invite friends to purchase if a few more numbers are needed. If the deal is successful, login to your My Account page and download your voucher(s) to start redeeming.
Voucher Redemption
When can I start redeeming the voucher?
On an average, users can start redeeming their vouchers straightaway, unless otherwise stated in the deal’s Terms and Conditions.
What are the important voucher information?
Do take note of the following when redeeming your BestBuys voucher:
- Expiration date: Do redeem your deal before it expires!
- How to redeem: Check if any appointment or reservation is required for redemption
- Voucher serial code: You may need to show or quote this to the merchant
- Voucher reference number: You will need to present this at the time of redemption.
